Lt. Scott Brisbane is the Assistant Jail Administrator for the Brown County Jail and has been the Jail Liaison for the Brown County Jail Ministries since 2017. He is committed to a seamless partnership between the Sheriff’s Office and B.C.J.M. Lt. Brisbane is passionate about the programming and tutelage that the Jail Ministries offers the inmates of the Brown County Jail. He believes that with the right guidance and spiritual leadership aided by diverse programming and mentorship, inmates are given the tools to live a healthy crime-free lifestyle.
