Dallas Palmer is the Chaplain for Brown County Jail, Brown County Sheriff's Office and multiple agencies across Brown County. He helps coordinate re-entry services, provide resources such as bibles and books, counseling, and much more for inmates seeking to be re-establish as a redeemed citizen of Brown County. Chaplain Dallas also provides services to officers by providing them with counseling, resources, services for the officer’s families and much more. He also serves on several faith-based non-profit boards within Brown County with the vision of them all working together to better assist released inmates. Chaplain Dallas believes that Brown County Jail Ministries is impacting lives everyday through the preached Word of God. He believes in the ministry's discipleship initiative and that Brown County Jail Ministries' influence reaches outside of the walls of Brown County Jail.
